In addition to his legal practice, Frank is involved with several family businesses in Greater Victoria and the Lower Mainland. He is also responsible for a commercial orchard in Naramata, BC.
Previously a municipal councilor with the District of Oak Bay for 12 years, Frank’s commitment and dedication to his community is reflected in his involvement with numerous boards and committees, including: Oak Bay Parks & Recreation Committee, Queen Alexandra Centre for Children Foundation, Victoria Silver Threads (Meals on Wheels), City of Victoria Police Board, Oak Bay Heritage Foundation, Greater Victoria Labour Relations Association and the Greater Victoria Library Board.
Other noteworthy achievements include Frank’s appointment as Queen’s Counsel in 2009. He also represented British Columbia and Canada in the game of rugby.
