General board meetings are open to the public. The start time for all meetings is subject to change, so please check this page for meeting updates.
The next public board meeting with be held in Victoria on December 7.
There is a designated amount of time during the meeting for scheduled presentations from individuals, groups and organizations, and to respond to questions from the floor.
The location will be the Coast Victoria Hotel at 146 Kingston Street.
Presentations to the Board
A written request is required to make a presentation to the Board. Presentation applications must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the meeting date. Applications should include the general nature and viewpoint of the presentation. Groups/organizations must identify one individual as the spokesperson. Presentations are limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
Presentations will not be accepted without prior arrangement.
Written Questions for the Board
Written questions must be submitted in advance of the meeting date to allow for a formal response. Written responses to the questions will be distributed at the following meeting and uploaded to Island Health’s website.
