VICTORIA – In anticipation of receiving the final approvals necessary to go ahead with construction of the new Patient Care Centre at the Royal Jubilee Hospital (RJH) site, the Vancouver Island Health Authority is advising patients, visitors and staff to be aware of important changes in parking services and traffic patterns at the Bay Street Entrance to the RJH Diagnostic & Treatment Centre (D&T).
