VICTORIA – The Vancouver Island Health Authority and the District of Sooke are pleased to announce that they will be putting out a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for groups interested in designing, building, financing and maintaining a Community Wellness Facility to serve Sooke and the surrounding area.
