VICTORIA – The two main emergency departments in Greater Victoria (Royal Jubilee Hospital and Victoria General Hospital) are experiencing significant patient volumes today, and patients with non-urgent medical conditions are being encouraged to seek care through their doctor, walk in clinics or by calling the BC Nurseline.
