PORT HARDY – The opening of the new Light House Resource Centre in Port Hardy today will support the health and housing needs of vulnerable residents in the North Island. The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is proud to be a part of the partnership in action with the Salvation Army, the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance (MEIA) and BC Housing on this important facility.
