VICTORIA – The City of Parksville, Town of Qualicum Beach, Regional District of Nanaimo and the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) are pleased to announce they have issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) from individuals, companies, or agencies interested in creating innovative collaborations and partnerships that will improve local access to health care services.
