VICTORIA–The Vancouver Island Health Authority wants to establish an equitable distribution of HIV-AIDS and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) services that will engage vulnerable populations, link one hundred percent of affected individuals with appropriate care, treatment and support and help reduce the transmission of HIV by fifty percent.
