VICTORIA – VIHA and the Saanich First Nation Adult Care Society (SFNACS) will ensure home care nurses acquire some of the techniques they need to provide culturally appropriate end-of-life care to Saanich Aboriginal people through the collaborative “Building Nursing Knowledge and Skills in End of Life Project,” funded with a $5,569 grant from the Ministry of Health Nursing Directorate.
