VICTORIA – The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is issuing a public advisory after it was discovered that a small box containing two chemicals was missing from the Royal Jubilee Hospital laboratory. Among the missing substances is a tin container holding approximately 105 ml of Osmium Tetroxide and a 200 ml bottle of very low-concentrate (1%) Uranyl Acetate. Read More (PDF)
