VICTORIA - Citing the prospect of further delays threatening the viability of the new Patient Care Centre at Royal Jubilee Hospital, members of the South Island Medical Advisory Committee (SIMAC) have held an emergency meeting to urge the members of the Capital Regional Hospital District (CRHD) to approve funding for a new patient tower at Royal Jubilee Hospital.
