VICTORIA – Throughout the fall, the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is providing several workshops in the Greater Victoria area for parents. This workshop series entitled "Healthy Eating, Healthy Teeth, Growing Up" covers a variety of health topics based on feedback from the community and includes nutrition, dental care and wellness. The series will give parents information and advice on strategies for their children ranging in ages from infants to teenagers. Read More (PDF)
