VICTORIA -The Vancouver Island Health Authority has called for a pause in the transition of programming from Laurel House to a new Resource Center on Skinner Street to allow for further consultation with the clients who currently depend on the facility for support, announced VIHA Chief Operating Officer Mike Conroy today.
