VICTORIA - All patients, residents, clients, visitors and staff are reminded that all Vancouver Island Health Authority's (VIHA) facilities, buildings and grounds will go completely smoke-free Saturday, March 1, 2008. Smokers will be required to refrain from smoking in and around all hospitals, grounds such as parking lots, and buildings either owned or leased by VIHA. Read More (PDF)
