CAMPBELL RIVER – First Nations people on northern Vancouver Island will benefit from a formalized partnership between the Kwakiutl District Council (KDC) and the Vancouver Island Health Authority. The two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding today in which they agree to work together to develop a plan to ensure equitable access to health services for First Nations people who live in the Kwakiutl District Council member communities.
