VICTORIA – The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is pleased to report that the Osmium Tetroxide reported missing over the weekend, has been found. The substance was located in a refrigerator unit close to the Royal Jubilee Hospital Laboratory area. Read More (PDF)
