VICTORIA – The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is building on the previous success of community based food security initiatives by issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) with the goal of improving health outcomes of Vancouver Island residents. Funding of $192,000 for these projects is available through a partnership between the Ministry of Health and VIHA through the Community Food Action Initiative (CFAI). Read More (PDF)
