VICTORIA - The Vancouver Island Health Authority has been declared a Questar Awards Grand Winner for one of its leading-edge multimedia projects, after competing with over 115 entries from thirteen countries around the world. Winning in the Non-Profit Organization category, the award recognizes an educational DVD, targeted toward people dealing with a loved one experiencing delirium, entitled Delirium in the Older Person: Family Guide.
