Oceanside Flu Clinic Procedures

November 25, 2009

PARKSVILLE – FLU/H1N1 clinics are continuing in Parksville until December 20, 2009 at Wembley Mall:

Fridays 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays & Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please be advised that there is a stringent process that needs to occur at our flu clinics.  When you arrive you will go to line 1, which is clearly marked, and receive a ticket with a time on the back. This will tell you when you should return to receive your immunization.  The time written on the back is a guarantee that you will be immunized within one hour of the stated time.

When you return, please go to line 2.  You will be signed in by a volunteer and then will be eligible to receive your vaccination.

If you are unable to stand for long periods of time, please have someone pick up your ticket for you, as space restrictions do not allow us to have chairs available.

Our staff are doing their best to deliver the best possible service that they can.  We appreciate your patience and your courtesy.
