This website provides information about hospital-based, rehabilitation services for the adult population of the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA).

Rehabilitation team members provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services through:

“Rehabilitation is the process of enabling an individual to reach an optimal mental, physical, and/or social functional level. The process is goal oriented and time limited. Rehabilitation addresses the needs of the individual and the environment in which he or she functions, whether at home,  work, school, or socially.”
