The Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) is interested in opportunities and business relationships that generate revenue to support the ongoing delivery of health services. We are seeking creative and innovative business development proposals that could result in revenue or other returns and are consistent with VIHA's mission, vision and values.
Proposals should include arrangements where interested parties:
- identify opportunities for co-development and/or joint ventures; or,
- leverage unique VIHA attributes such as complementary services or VIHA's high level of public interaction.
Interested parties are requested to send a brief description of the opportunity including benefits, anticipated timeframe, as well as any other relevant information to BusinessOpp@viha.ca.
VIHA will not consider descriptions that exceed 2 pages in length. If interested, VIHA will request additional information.
To be eligible to participate you must comply with VIHA policies and procedures and be prepared to provide a detailed business plan if requested.
These proposals are separate from the routine procurement of supply and service agreements handled by Purchasing Services and Contract Management.
