Clinic Hours:  Booked appts 9:00–4:50 pm Mon-Fri  Walk-in: Mon-Thurs 9:00 - 7:00 pm, Fri 9:00-5:00 pm and Sat 10:00–2:00 pm
Fee for Service
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy agreement (RSA) including:  Recruitment Incentive - $10,000; Fee Premium – 6.09%; Annual Flat Fee - $5,324; Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum years 3&4 in the community increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years.

Job Summary

Opportunity for a Family Physician to join a thriving, multi-specialty, full service clinic that also offers a Walk-In Clinic. The clinic, centrally located near the new North Island Hospital, operates within a congenial medical community with good specialist coverage.

The clinic has 10 General Practitioners, one Internist (specializing in gastroenterology) and two Pediatricians. Physicians are supported by a full complement of office staff including RN, MOA, RNs, billing staff and an office manager.

Overhead - 30% per month max with built-in flexibility.


Education, Training and Experience

Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) - desired
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - desired
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - desired
