Chronic Pain Education Series
April 30 - June 11, 2012
This six-week course (2 hours at each session) is designed for people living with chronic pain who would like to explore self-management strategies to enhance their quality of life. Attendance at all sessions is recommended. The only "cost" is your time, commitment and participation

Super 7 Exercise Program
The Super 7 Program is a series of 7 Exercise and Education classes designed to enhance movement and to teach the basic principles of safe exercise There are "teaching" and "doing" elements in each class. The amount of physical activity is gradually increased over the 7 sessions.

Compulsive Overeating & Binge Eating Education and Support Group
Do you struggle with compulsive eating or binge eating? Would you like to learn ways to change these eating patterns? Do you need a safe place to talk about how you feel about food and your body?
Come join us for a ten-week psycho-educational group that will cover topics such as self-care, what really happens when we diet, how to discover the underlying meanings of eating compulsively/bingeing, new strategies for coping and many other relevant topics.
