A 'How To' Workshop For Changing Your Relationship With Food
Craving Change teaches people skills for identifying their internal cues or triggers for emotional eating and helps develop strategies for overcoming it. The workshop does not include recommendations about what to eat, when to eat or how much to eat, nor is it a diet or weight loss program. The focus of the program is to help people examine "why" they eat the way they do. Participants learn self-awareness skills and strategies that promote health change.
The Craving Change program is a set of 5 two hour small group workshops. A take-home workbook is provided.
