VIHA believes people heal best when surrounded by family and friends. As such, we welcome visitors and do not impose limited visiting hours at our hospitals. In certain situations, care staff may regulate the number of visitors and length of visits based on patient needs and/or requirements of the unit. Read our visitor guidelines.

Anyone entering or exiting the building after 10:00 p.m. must do so through the Emergency Entrance located off Birch Street.
Cafeteria Hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 2:45 pm
- Weekends and holidays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Auxiliary Thrift Shop Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10am – 2pm
- Friday 10am – 4pm and 7 – 9pm
- Saturday: 10am – 3pm
Sunshine Gift Shop Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
