Night access: The main hospital entrance is locked from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am. Press the intercom button to the right of the doors. For emergencies, go to the Emergency Department.

Visiting Hours

We do not have limited visiting hours at our hospitals. In some situations, staff may limit the number of visitors and length of visits based on patient and/or unit needs. Please read our visitor guidelines. 

Please be aware: Many units at Victoria General Hospital and Royal Jubilee Hospital have the same name (for example, 6 South). While we work on making unit names clearer, make sure you and your visitors know which hospital to go to.

VGH Simply Puur Hours *

    • Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
    • Saturday/Sunday/Stat Holidays 11:30 am - 6:30 pm

Tim's On the Go Hours *

    • Monday to Friday 6:30 am-7:30 pm
    • Saturday/Sunday/Stat Holidays 7:00 am-7:30 pm
