- Priority is given to children with disabilities. A sick child is free, and additional children up to age 19 are $7. The adult rate is $25-$50.
- The accommodation is modern, bright, well equipped, and barrier free. Amenities include outdoor parking, laundry facilities, a guest lounge and a tranquil courtyard garden. Each of the eight self-contained suites, include a barrier free ensuite, bathroom, microwave, fridge, sink, and private balcony.
- Provides housing for anyone who has family in hospital.
