Access to subsidized assisted living units is through a Home Health Assessment. For more information on subsidized units, contact the Home Health Office nearest you. Private-Pay Units: 24 (3 Two-Bedrooms, 2 Studios, and 21 One-Bedrooms)
This is a purpose built assisted living addition to the site of the Wellesley, close to downtown Victoria. The building was constructed in 2006 with 3 floors of 21 suites. It is built to the highest standards and offers accessible accommodation in conjunction with all the services and amenities that the Wellesley and Retirement Concepts can offer. There is also a roof top garden and courtyard area.
Hairdresser salon, theatre, auditorium/stage, corner store, bistro, library, arts/crafts room, woodwork shop, fitness room, wheelchair/scooter area and an accessible bus.

5 minutes to downtown and local shopping. Pharmacy, bank, restaurants and malls are minutes away.

All faiths and cultures are welcome. Our weekly church services are non-denominational as well as opportunities for specific denominations.

Type of Accommodation
Residents pay 70% of their after-tax income which covers: 1) monthly rental accommodation; 2) hospitality services: two meals and two snacks daily, weekly housekeeping, laundry, etc.; 3) personal care; and 4) on-site emergency response system. Residents on income assistance pay a flat rate. Items not included as a part of the monthly fee include: telephone, cable, hydro, personal laundry, household and toiletry supplies, medications, personal care products and insurance.
