Building Description

This two storey building, northwest of downtown Duncan, was built in 2000 and is one of the 17 Retirement Communities of Park Place Seniors Living. It has a secure front courtyard and garden area.

Building Amenities

Dining rooms on each floor which double as recreation halls. One small activity room on each floor. No library but lots of books are available to the residents. Hair salon staffed one day a week.

Neighbourhood/Community Amenities

Quiet residential area with hospital close by.
