2 storey building northwest of downtown Duncan, built in 2000. One of the 15 Retirement Communities of Park Place Seniors Living. Front secure courtyard and garden.
Building Amenities
Dining rooms on each floor double as recreation halls. One small activity room on each floor. No library but lots of books are available to the residents. Hair salon staffed one day a week.

Quiet residential area with hospital close by.
