Building Description
Access to Eagle Ridge Manor is through the Port Hardy Hospital through security coded doors. 21 single occupancy rooms with private bath on one floor. Fenced outdoor courtyard and covered patio.
Building Amenities
The dining room looks out onto the courtyard and is open to the large common area. A hair stylist comes into the facility.
When Eagle Ridge Manor was expanded in 2009 an additional meeting room was included. This is a shared space with local First Nations. The room can be used for private family functions for residents and their families.
The outdoor courtyard features a circular paved walking path through a landscaped garden. Park benches and a Gazebo are features in the courtyard.
Neighbourhood/Community Amenities
Port Hardy Seniors Centre, (located adjacent to the Port Hardy Hospital), holds weekly activities such as bingo.
Port Hardy has an indoor swimming pool.

While there is no religious affiliation, there are several religious denominations in Port Hardy. Eagle Ridge Manor maintains close ties with the 3 local aboriginal communities surrounding Port Hardy and are sensitive to the needs of First Nation residents.

All outside access doors to Eagle Ridge Manor are key locked or secured by keypad. There is a main entrance to the site but there is also access to the facility through the acute care floor by security coded doors.
