Six story high rise in the heart of James Bay. Building was renovated completely, including seismic upgrades, in 2005.

One block from James Bay Village Centre (grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops etc). Two blocks from Dallas road ocean front. Close to downtown city centre also.
