Built in 2003, 5 storey building.

Building Amenities

The main floor is the common area or Village Square containing the Village Office, Mount St. Mary Foundation Office, Cloud 9 Salon, Blessed Marie Blondin Chapel, Gift Shop, Library, Community Bathing Spa, and Café.

The four upper floors contain Units, each Unit containing 4 separate Houses. Each House provides accommodation for 12 to 13 residents in private rooms with bathroom and shower facilities, plus one or two double rooms. Each House has it’s own kitchen, dining room and sitting room / sunroom. Each Unit has it’s own bathing spa.

The ground of the site offer beautiful outdoor patio, gardens with heritage trees and fountain, and playing area for children. There is also an outdoor garden on the second floor.

Located in downtown Victoria close to the Inner Harbour, shops, restaurants, amenities and services, across the street from St. Ann’s Academy and Beacon Hill Park.

184 Single rooms with ensuites including shower.
8 Double rooms (to support couples) with a shared ensuite including shower.


Residents pay up to 80% of their after-tax income which covers the cost of food and accommodation.

Visiting Information
