Visiting Information

We encourage visitors to spend time with their friends and family who are residents of Nanaimo Seniors Village. In residential care there are no prescribed visiting hours. Visitors are asked to be considerate of all our residents. Check in is not required. Pets are welcome on a leash or confined. The building is secured at 9 pm and after hours visitors will be admitted by voice call. Guest suites are available on the property. During influenza season (typically December-March), to help protect patients from the flu, all visitors will be expected to wear a mask in our facilities if they have not had a flu shot. For more information, please read our Frequently Asked Questions (PDF) and Influenza Protection Policy (PDF).
