Newly built to ILBC standards, this 54 unit, four storey senior-oriented building is located adjacent to the Campbell River town centre, waterfront and shopping centres. Operated by the Campbell River and District Association for Community Living, the building offers employment and housing opportunities for the clients the society serves as well as assisted living for seniors or younger persons with disabilities.
Indoor Features
The building offers a main floor lounge and community accessible restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily, as well as a games room, crafts room, and wellness clinics. A scooter garage with remote control is accessible from the side of the building.

Exit Criteria
- If an individual experiences a permanent decline in their health condition, a significant increase in care needs, or an inability to make decisions on their own behalf that cannot be reversed, a move from Assisted Living to a more appropriate setting will be necessary
- A VIHA Home and Community Care Case Manager will assist with this process as required.
