Seniors apartment style living in an attractive, three-storey newly built (2003) seniors housing complex. Co-located with independent apratments, the five acre property is surrounded by gardens and paths. It is located on a bus route, and is adjacent to a commercial shopping area down sloped hill.
Indoor Features
The building has a welcoming lobby as well as a computer room, library and attractive dining room with a fireplace overlooking the garden area. A private dining area is also available. The main floor has an activity room, hairdressing and storage lockers for personal items and scooters. There is a bathing room equipped with a hydraulic lift on the second floor and a wellness clinic on the third floor.

- Tenants of this setting who may be eligible for SAFER subsidy will be notified to apply. If a subsidy is granted, it must be redirected to VIHA.
Exit Criteria
- If an individual experiences a permanent decline in their health condition, a significant increase in care needs, or an inability to make decisions on their own behalf that cannot be reversed, a move from Assisted Living to a more appropriate setting will be necessary
- A VIHA Home and Community Care Case Manager will assist with this process as required.
