Learning and Development supports course and workshop offerings from other VIHA departments, programs and services that look to improve day-to-day working skills for VIHA employees.

Services We Offer FREE of Charge
- Completing registrations of participants via email, fax or phone
- Providing confirmation of registration to participants via email and/or phone
- Providing regular registration status updates and a registration list prior to the event
- Completing electronic distribution of marketing materials prior to the event
- Providing a general evaluation form (if needed)
- Assisting in developing a fax registration form (if needed)
Services We Offer at a COST of $6.00 Per Registrant
- Accepting and processing registration fees for each registrant (VISA or MasterCard)
- Issuing receipts to registrants
- Completing a Revenue and Expense Report for course offerings
