Supporting Teams and Units

There are a variety of supports available to help leaders and teams increase the skills and behaviours that contribute to greater levels of group awareness, openness, cohesiveness and performance.  We assist people to take their learning from development programs and apply it in their workplace.

Consultants work with the leader to determine the issue or goals and then develop appropriate intervention and/or strategy.  Support is provided to new teams, amalgamating teams, teams with a new initiative or direction, and teams in crisis.

Some interventions involve the consultant working directly with the leader and team; some interventions can be led by the leader.  Below are a number of tools available to support leaders working directly with their teams.
