Intake provides a timely, single point of entry for all Port Alberni Mental Health and Addiction services.

- Individual and group treatment - Clients are served primarily through groups. A variety of groups are offered during the week and clients are assigned to them according to their treatment goals.
- Works closely with all other Mental Health and Addictions Services, other relevant VIHA services, probation, Child, Youth and Family Health and other community agencies.
