Crisis response provides crisis intervention services in an effort to stabilize and avert hospitalization.  This service is available in conjunction with the Crisis Line and the Nanaimo Crisis Response Team.

Access Services

• Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  Call Parksville Mental Health at 250.947.8228, press 1 for the Crisis Line.  The Crisis Line staff will determine if connection with the Crisis Response Nurse is needed.
• After hours call the 24-Hour Vancouver Island Crisis Line at 1.888.494.3888.
