Psychosocial Rehabilitation services promote recovery, community integration and improved quality of life for persons who have been diagnosed with any mental health/substance use condition that seriously impairs their functioning. Our programs are collaborative, strengths-based and person-directed.
- Occupational Therapy for the skills of daily living
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) for psychosocial support and/or rent subsidy
- Vocational support services
- Peer support
The rehabilitation program links with all clinical teams. Services are offered on an individual and group basis.
Services are accessed through referral by a mental health and substance use clinician.
