Access Services
Access services by visiting the emergency room at Cowichan District Hospital or by phoning the 24-Hour Crisis Line.
- Assessments done by the Crisis Response Team generally take place in the Emergency Room at Cowichan District Hospital where medical back-up is available.
- The team is available Mon - Fri, 8:30 a.m. -10 p.m.
- Evenings and weekends, the function is taken over by hospital-based Crisis Response staff.
