Seven Oaks provides services for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses who require a high-level of professional support.  The facility has 38 inpatient beds and an intensive case management service that follows a further 25 clients in the community. 

Seven Oaks provides individualized treatment based on clinical best practices and psychosocial rehabilitation using a combination of modeling, support, encouragement and education in order to allow each resident to achieve his or her maximum independent functioning.

Access Services

• All referrals for admission must come from secondary or tertiary mental health programs.
• The Tertiary Care Clinical Director will screen all referrals.
• The Tertiary Care Admission Committee will meet at the time of a Seven Oaks vacancy and select the highest need person (at that time) whose needs can be safely met.
