Mental Health and Substance Use offers individual and group programs in the community. Services vary from short-term assessment and treatment to long-term programs for those with a serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use issues. Programs are designed to help clients achieve independence and improve the quality of their lives.

Services are free-of-charge and can be accessed through the CARES Clinic (Centralized Access and Rapid Engagement Service), formerly know as intake.
