Facilities & Supported Housing Sites

Residential and Housing Services provides facilities and housing sites with a range of support levels in order to best match the individual needs of residents. 

Levels of support include:

Tertiary Care Facilities

Seven Oaks provides services for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses who require a high-level of professional support. 

Residential Facilities

Clients must require 24 hour care and rehabilitation by professional staff

Intensive Supported Sites

Clients must be able to live independently but still require intensive support and daily contact with staff.  Clients must have a case manager and no longer require acute or residential care.

Moderate Supported Sites

Clients must be able to live independently but still require moderate support and daily contact with staff.  Clients must have a case manager and no longer require acute or residential care.

Light Supported Sites

Clients must be able to live with a high level of independence, they are able to manage own daily living activities with minimal assistance.  Clients must have a case manager and no longer require acute or residential care.
