This service provides time-limited partial housing fund supplements.  The supplement assists individuals with severe mental illness overcome financial barriers to accessing safe, stable, integrated accommodations on Vancouver Island.

Safe, stable housing provides a solid foundation from which individuals can more completely engage in illness management and health promotion services.

Individuals Served

• This services is intended for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or addiction,
• Who have a case manager and,
• Who are living independently in self-contained living units on Vancouver Island.

How to Apply

• In the Victoria area, case managers can submit a referral through the Pathways system.
• In other areas, applications are evaluated through local Residential and Housing Services offices.
