Elderly Outreach Service (EOS) provides a comprehensive assessment, coordination and treatment planning service to individuals 65 years and older, who are experiencing late-onset mental health problems. The need for outreach is a service priority.

Access Services
- Individuals or families can access services without a referral.
- Referrals can also be sent by family physicians or Home and Community Care case managers.
- Referrals can be made by contacting OAMHAS Intake at 250.519.5279 or by faxing the referral form to 250.356.9342.
