Woodstone Treatment Residence

Woodstone Treatment Residence is a non-profit agency for eating disorders that is under a service contract with the Vancouver Island Health Authority. Admission to ten provincially-funded beds is open to residents of British Columbia who have medical coverage under the BC Medical Services Plan.  The residence accepts people between the ages of 17-24 suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or EDNOS.

Access Services

An application is required from a physician as well as the patient. Download both the forms using the links below, fill out the forms in full and then forward them to the representative in the home region.

Applications are processed when all requested documents are received. Incomplete referrals will be returned. Once the regional contact receives the completed application forms, he or she will be in touch with the applicant and the physician to discuss the process and admission criteria.
