If you are currently receiving care or a service from VIHA, by all means, please take a moment to speak to the individual and pass on your compliments – our staff are thrilled to hear that you have appreciated their care or service.
If you are no longer receiving care or service, you may wish to contact us to pass on your feedback. Compliments may be submitted to the Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO) in writing via regular mail, in writing via email, verbally over the telephone and in person.
Please note that individuals may submit compliments to the direct care provider or at the program level where the patient care was provided. If provided with sufficient background information, the PCQO will be able to forward the compliment directly to the intended recipient.
If you would like to submit a compliment, please provide the following information, whenever possible:
• The name and birth date for the patient who received care.
• The location/facility where care was provided.
• The date(s) that the care was provided.
• A name or description of the individual for whom the compliment is intended.
We will ensure that your comments are relayed to those who provided your care or service.
