For Patients Enrolled in the IHN by their family physician, the following services support your care as a partner in the Integrated Health Network.
The Campbell River Integrated Health Network works out of the Sunshine Wellness Centre at the Campbell River Hospital. We have two registered nurses, a dietitian, a social worker and a medical office assistant. As part of the IHN model, we offer services to those with chronic conditions.
We are connected with 35 General Practitioners (GPs) in Campbell River. Please inquire with your physician to find out if he or she is enrolled in the program.
