Vancouver Island North Health Centres offer a range of services to the communities of Zeballos, Ehattesaht, Oculije, Kyuquot, Tahsis, Esperanza, Tsaxana and Gold River.
West Coast Health Centres serve people living from Estevan Point in the northwest to Barkley Sound in the southwest and the Pacific Ocean to Sutton Pass. This includes Tofino, Ucluelet, Bamfield and the First Nation communities of Hesquiaht, Hot Springs Cove, Ahousaht, Opitsaht, Esowista, Macoah, Ittatsoo, Anacla, and Dididaht.
Each of the five islands in the Southern Gulf Islands - Galiano, Mayne, Pender, Salt Spring and Saturna - has its own levels of service.
Mount Waddington area health centres offer a range of services to the communities of Cormorant Island, Port Hardy, Port McNeill, Port Alice and Sointula.
